Can I see where a vehicle was earlier in the day?
Yes. Each tour has a complete route history showing the path taken, stop times, and any deviations from the planned route.
Does tracking work in areas with poor cell coverage?
The app caches position data locally and uploads when a connection is available. Dispatch may see a brief delay in rural areas but no data is lost.
Is driver location tracked when they are off duty?
